The first visit includes an in-depth consultation of about 10 to 15 minutes, and clients are asked to bring inspiration photos. Services are customized to each client's hair, lifestyle and budget, and prices are estimates that depend on current hair and goals.

Blonding comes in five levels, ranging from accent highlights and a tailored partial color up to a complete covered balayage or foilayage, a full-head foil, and a full foil paired with a root touch-up. Color services also come with a blow-dry styling, a gloss, a hand massage, a neck massage and a consultation. Additional color is billed at $5 per bowl.

Cuts, treatments and styling include a full consultation and a luxury shampoo. Special occasion updos cover bridal trials, the bride on the day, bridesmaids, mothers of the couple, and general special occasion styles. Waxing covers brows and the lip and chin, and a referral program and a points system are available.

Each service is shaped around the client's hair, lifestyle and budget.
