Hair services include women's, men's and children's haircuts, blowouts sized to short, medium or long hair, and a range of color work from single-process color and glaze, gloss or toning treatments to foil highlights, balayage, ombre and color correction. Men's cuts can include fades, buzz cuts and undercuts. Stylists talk with each client about the color and style they want before any service. The salon also offers ProAddiction hair straightening, which it describes as the healthiest straightening product on the market, and says it offers some of the best women's haircuts and styling in Fresh Meadows.

Skin services are handled by estheticians who explain each step before a facial begins. The menu includes a European facial with cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage and masks, a back facial, a teen facial for clients aged 13 to 19, and microdermabrasion using a diamond-tip wand or crystal spray. Waxing is performed by a licensed technician, using hard wax for small areas such as the face, nose, ears, bikini area and underarms, and soft wax for larger areas such as arms, back and legs. Hair must be at least a quarter inch long for waxing.

Wig services cover cutting, blowouts, coloring and heat styling for heat-resistant wigs. Chemical perms are not offered on wigs.

Booking can be done online through the appointment form or by phone, and clients can request a specific stylist or nail technician. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. The salon calls 24 hours before a booked appointment to confirm it. Changes cannot be made online, so clients call at least 24 hours ahead. Running late usually means same-day service with a short delay, though in a few cases the wait can be two to three hours. No deposit is needed, and the salon charges no fees for missed appointments or late cancellations. Refunds for services are not offered.

The salon has a main-hall waiting area and a restroom, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee. Children are welcome and can wait in the lounge, and small pets are allowed. Clients can park for free on the surrounding streets. A product shop sells hair and skin care lines, and clients may also bring their own hair products. Prices can vary with hair length, and the salon offers packaged 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 services.

Stylists consult with clients on color and style before services, and estheticians walk clients through each facial before the appointment. The salon says its goal is for clients to feel relaxed and look their best.
