Clients can book at the private studio in Alhambra or have a lash artist come to them. Mobile visits are available across Los Angeles County, and a travel fee is added to the service price based on distance from Alhambra: $50 up to 15 miles, $75 for 16 to 30 miles, and $100 for 31 miles or more. Extended travel may need an additional quote, and extra fees may apply outside the county; the total is confirmed before booking. Studio visits carry no travel fee.
Lash extensions come in three styles. Classic places a single extension on each natural lash, with length and curl picked to suit the client's eye shape and personal look. Hybrid mixes classic extensions with volume fans to produce a denser appearance, and the salon presents it as a good option for clients whose natural lashes are thin or widely spaced. Volume attaches clusters of two to five extremely fine extensions to each natural lash for a heavier result.
Fills are recommended every two to three weeks while at least 40 percent of extensions remain; after three weeks, a full set is needed. A $30 non-refundable deposit secures an appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead carry a 50 percent fee, and those less than four hours ahead carry a 100 percent fee. After-hours appointments add $30.
In-person lash training classes are also offered, with a strong focus on practising hands-on. Students get time working on live subjects, a lash kit, a training manual, one-on-one mentorship, and a certificate of completion. Each student must bring their own model for course demonstrations. The certificate is not the same as a state esthetician or cosmetology license.
Each set is shaped around the client's natural lashes, eye shape and preferred look. The business names confidence, comfort, beauty and convenience as its guiding themes.
