Every head of hair is given an individualized plan. Before a service is booked, the studio reviews the hair and recommends what it considers appropriate. Final recommendations, pricing and appointment length depend on hair condition, length, density and how complex the service is.

Consultations are 30 minutes and can be in person or virtual. A virtual consultation asks for clear photos and a detailed description of the hair's history. The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable and is not credited toward a later service, and a consultation does not guarantee that the work will be finished in one session.

Booking is handled through deposits. A $50 deposit secures most appointments, and extensions have their own booking arrangements. Deposits are non-refundable and count toward the total, and clients can pay the full price up front instead. Balances are settled by Zelle or cash at the appointment, since Cash App is not accepted. The studio publishes its own loc appointment and refund policies.

Retail items include a dematting and detangling spray, an oil sold with a twist cap, and a loc moisturizer perfume. Gift cards start at $10.
