Bridal clients move through a set path, from an inquiry to a discovery call and then an agreement and retainer that reserves the date. Bridal previews take place roughly three to four months before the wedding, after the contract is signed, and up to two guests may attend. Wedding services include bridal glow facials, a bridal preview and wedding-day makeup. Hair is provided by collaborating hair artists, and for larger parties the studio brings in a circle of artists the founder has worked alongside for more than a decade.
Every beauty session starts with skin prep using professional-grade products and ends with a custom touch-up kit, with lash application or enhancement depending on the service chosen. Facials include a double cleanse, a customized treatment and a gentle hand and neck massage, and new clients begin with an in-depth consultation and skin analysis. Facials are recommended every four to six weeks. Individual and group makeup lessons are offered at the studio or at the client's location, and the studio shares e-gift cards and specials through its newsletter and Instagram.
Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours of written notice. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early and to keep phones on silent during the full-service experience, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Glo2Facial and body treatments are designed for ages 18 and up, while teen and tween facials are available on request with a 15% discount. Payment plans are offered for facial series, and onsite travel is charged at $1 per mile, with tolls and parking included in the final price.
The studio puts skin preparation first in its bridal work and describes its makeup as refined and naturally elevated. Services are customized to how each client wants to look and feel.
