Spa Minérale is the resort's spa. Appointments can be booked online, by phone at 703.729.4036, or by email, though email requests are not held until an agent confirms them. Advance reservations are required, and the spa suggests booking at least three weeks ahead for the best availability, with walk-ins accepted when there is room. Guests must be 18 or older to use spa services and amenities; guests aged 13 to 17 may book nail services with a parent or guardian. Robes and slippers are provided, locker rooms are separated by gender, and guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early to change. Arriving an hour early allows use of the saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and relaxation lounges. Late arrivals may have their service shortened, since the treatment still ends at its scheduled time. Facility use is included for guests with treatments that day, and day passes may be offered Monday through Thursday, subject to availability.

The massage menu includes a light to medium Swedish-style Signature Relaxation massage, a firmer Therapeutic Deep Tissue massage, a Hot Stone Massage, and a Fire & Ice Massage that pairs hot stones with an ice roller. Couples can book side-by-side treatments in a room for two, and a Prenatal Harmony massage is offered after the first trimester. A Golfer's Relief massage focuses on the shoulders and back with arnica oil and cooling gel. The facial menu covers HydraFacial treatments, a Glo2 oxygenation facial, a Glacial Radiance European facial using heat and cold, a CBD gua sha facial, Dr. Gross peel facials, and a facial designed for men's skin. Body rituals and body treatments combine dry brushing, scrubs, wraps and massage. Acupuncture, cupping and several Oriental bodywork styles are offered on Thursdays only. Manicures and pedicures use Pure Fiji products for the Minérale services, and a CBD pedicure is also available. Massage and facial enhancements can be added to most treatments.

Prices differ on weekdays and weekends, with weekend rates generally higher, and the spa notes that prices may change without notice. Services are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of all services. Spa products can be returned within ten days with a receipt for a spa credit or exchange. The spa is cashless and accepts major credit cards and billing to the guestroom. Gratuity is at the guest's discretion, and a 20% gratuity is added for groups of six or more. Guests are asked to tell their provider about pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions or other conditions that may affect heat, massage or skin treatments, to avoid alcohol before or after treatments, and to avoid sun exposure after skin treatments.

Beyond the spa, the resort's Golf Club at Lansdowne offers 45 holes across three courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Greg Norman, exclusive to members and resort guests, along with a golf academy with private and group instruction and junior programs for ages 4 to 18. The conference center has 55,000 square feet of meeting space, including a dedicated wing of modernized rooms and a covered outdoor pavilion.

The spa pairs Western spa treatments with Oriental bodywork, acupuncture and cupping, and offers a range of skin and body services built around named product lines.

The spa sits within a 500-acre resort in the Potomac River Valley, with robes, slippers and access to saunas, steam rooms and relaxation lounges.
