Color and extensions are the core of the work. Lauren's favorite services are blonding, dimensional brunette color, gray coverage and sew-in extensions. She plans each service around how much upkeep a client wants to manage, which can mean a light refresh or a complete change.

The color menu moves from small jobs to full services. Gloss and Root Shadow are the lighter options, with Root Shadow being a customized gloss for the root area. Face Frame uses foils to brighten around the face and includes gloss and a blow dry. Roots is one custom shade on up to two inches of regrowth. Solid is one custom color from roots to ends. Mini, Maintenance and Full are blonding services covering the crown, a partial head and a full head, each with gloss and a blow dry. Rich Brunette creates dimension in brunette hair with hand-painted pieces or foils.

Extensions come in two forms. Move Up starts at $80 for about an hour and is priced at $40 per row. Sew-in installation starts at $280 and takes about 150 minutes; the service page lists $140 per row. A free 30-minute consultation is available before color or extension work. Other services include brows from $15 (about 15 minutes), a kids haircut for children 12 and under from $32, a cut with shampoo and blow dry from $46, and a wash and dry from $30.

Booking terms: cancellations or changes are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours carries a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Habitual cancellations require a 100% non-refundable deposit before new appointments are booked. Clients more than 15 minutes late forfeit their spot, and rebooking after a forfeit requires a 50% non-refundable deposit; depending on the day's schedule, a full service may not be possible. Gift cards are sold for $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Lauren plans each color and extension service around how much maintenance the client wants to live with, from subtle refreshes to full transformations.
