New patients can book by calling the office. The practice does not accept insurance. The new patient consultation fee is $450. A first visit includes a full review of medical and skin history and goals, an in-office skin evaluation by Dr. Lancer, and a personalized treatment and skincare plan that lays out the options, their risks and their timelines. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% fee, though extenuating circumstances are considered individually.

Beyond the medical care, the clinic offers cosmetic and body treatments, including laser hair removal, laser scar revision for acne, surgical and trauma scars and stretch marks, microneedling, microdermabrasion, neuromodulators, photodynamic therapy, sclerotherapy, a thread lift and a Signature Stem Cell Facial. The Stem Cell Facial is a non-invasive treatment using growth factors and nutrients, usually lasting 60 to 90 minutes depending on customization. The practice suggests back facials every four to six weeks for best results and says body contouring results are noticeable within weeks.

The office is on the third floor of the Giorgio Armani building on Rodeo Drive, with valet parking behind the building. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the practice is closed on weekends.
