Booking is done online through a Square page. Before a service, the salon offers a free 15-minute consultation to learn each client's style, preferences and needs. For some installs, the client needs to bring materials ahead of time: a closure 48 hours before a sew-in with closure, and a wig 48 hours before a wig install.

The salon also teaches. Classes are offered in treebraiding, knotless braids and sew-in installation at $350 for three hours each, crochet braids at $250, and silk press at $150. The treebraid and knotless braid classes include hair, and the knotless class also includes products.

The shop side carries Hair Growth Oil at $15, which is applied one drop at a time to the desired area and massaged in, no more than two or three times a week. Jewelry categories include earrings, photo pendant necklaces and bracelets, rings, beaded bracelets and press-on nails. Jewelry orders are custom made and take three to five business days to process, with standard shipping after that or pickup at the salon. Larger orders are arranged by contacting the business. eGift cards are available in $5, $10, $20 and $50 amounts or custom amounts.
