Hair services center on short and natural hair, weaves, extensions and color. Work is grouped into cuts, styling, permanent color, relaxers and several extension methods, including quick glue-in weaves, sew-ins, microlinks and tape-ins, along with weave ponytails and custom wig installs. Small add-on services are priced from $5 to $20, and the most involved microlink installs are listed at $370.

First-time clients book a consultation before any hair service. The Shampoo and Style Consultation costs $25 and takes 15 to 20 minutes; it is not a hair appointment, and the booking fee is deducted from the price of the hair service that follows.

Appointment policies are firm. Children and extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Services cannot be added at appointment time, so clients choose the right service when booking. Clients may bring their own hair color or relaxer, and the service price does not change. Saturday sew-in appointments require consulting the stylist first. Changes or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, and the deposit then applies to the next appointment. No-call, no-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the booking fee and payments, and the card on file may be charged the full service amount. Late arrival can lead to cancellation. The booking fee and payment cannot be transferred to someone else. Unanswered calls or texts are returned within 72 hours, once the stylist is available.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Free parking is available, according to a client review on the home page.

The salon uses a consultation-first structure for new clients, and it aims to build lasting relationships with the people it serves.
