The menu is organized around manicures and pedicures, with a tier of specialty pedicures above the classic ones. The Lamia Deluxe Manicure adds an organic sugar exfoliation, a five-minute hand and arm massage and collagen gloves, and can be paired with gel polish. Specialty pedicures include hot towel wraps, exfoliants, a leg massage with hot stones, a paraffin bed treatment, a hot neck pillow and a shoulder and arm massage. The Lamia Signature CBD pedicure runs in four steps: a sea salt soak, a CBD sugar scrub, a mud mask and a CBD massage butter, finished with a 30-minute massage. Pedicure scent options include citrus and milk and honey for the Deluxe Pedicure, and lavender, cucumber, orange and vitamin recharge for the Organic Pedicure.

Nail enhancements cover acrylic work in several forms, including solar powder, ombre powder and pink and white sets, along with Gel X and builder gel fills and full sets. SNS dipping powder is offered in color, ombre and pink and white options. Nail art add-ons include French tips, cat eye designs, chrome, rhinestones and deep French designs. Waxing covers the face, lip, brows, arms, legs, underarms, chest or back, bikini and Brazilian areas.

The head spa offers three hair pampering sessions, from a 50-minute relax treatment to a 95-minute deluxe version. Prices are set for shoulder-length hair, and longer hair is charged more based on its length. The salon describes its space as coastal-inspired, and it offers complimentary beverages with a limit of one margarita or beer and two other drinks per guest. Clients are asked to mention any product allergies before service.

The salon puts cleanliness and sanitation first, using single-use buffers and files and cleaning reusable and electrical tools through an approved sanitizing and disinfecting process before reuse. Every pedicure is done with liner protection.
