Aesthetic memberships include a monthly selection of medical-grade facial and body treatments, discounts, access to the most popular treatments, and VIP pricing on neurotoxins, professional skincare and advanced laser services. Be Well memberships, in person or virtual, build a flexible plan around overall wellness and physical and mental health goals, and the virtual option includes GLP-1 weight management. Before a visit, an AI-powered tool called Agless can preview possible treatment results on the face and body in about a minute, and the practice offers a free preview. Gift cards and an email list for promotions are also available.

The McMurray office is open Monday and Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with Saturday and Sunday by appointment. The Morgantown location, Lamb Medical Aesthetics and Wellness at Willow, operates within Willow Med Spa and Salon and is open two Fridays a month, so callers are asked to phone for dates.
