Options run from a 30-minute color consultation for clients planning a major change, to color retouches that cover regrowth, partial and full highlights, all-over color, and balayage or ombre, which paints sections for a natural dark-to-light effect. Color correction treats unwanted color, black color or box color mishaps and takes about two hours, and it requires a consultation in addition to the service. A full blonde transformation, which moves hair from a darker shade to blonde, may take more than one appointment, and first-time clients should book a consultation along with it.

Extensions start with a 30-minute extension consultation, which first-time clients need before installation. It is used to discuss expectations and choose and order the hair, and installation is booked after that. V-Light extensions are individual strands bonded to the hair and set with a light tool, suited to fine hair, thinning hairlines or added length around the hairline. Weft reinstalls and full-head weft sew-in extensions are also offered, and extension hair is not included in the V-Light or sew-in prices.

Other services include men's cuts, kids' cuts for children 10 and under, bang trims, women's cuts with styling, a keratin smoothing treatment that keeps hair smooth for three to five months, a K18 repair mask for damage from heat, color and bleach, and a 45-minute scalp treatment that includes a blowout. LaLu updos are custom to each client, and brides and event clients should book a consultation at least one week ahead.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 3 pm to 9 pm. It is closed on Sundays.

Each client's style is learned first, so the result suits how they want to look and feel.
