Extension bookings include braided sew-in and volume weft, clip-in, K-tip and tape-in methods, plus extension retightening and maintenance. Other bookable options include Brazilian blowout and smoothing treatments, no-heat styling, silk press and heat styling, and consultations.

The Dallas salon is open Sunday and Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. It is closed on Mondays. Walk-ins and squeeze-ins are requested by text and are not guaranteed, and a waitlist is available that does not guarantee an appointment.

Booking has a few firm rules. Cancellations and reschedules need to be made at least 24 hours ahead, or the deposit is forfeited, and deposits are non-refundable. Changes go through the link in the first confirmation email. No-call, no-show clients forfeit their deposit and are blocked from future bookings. If hair needs extra detangling before a service, a $75 detangling fee applies, and an appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled if hair is too matted to detangle within the appointment time. Every guest receives the same service and products. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, Zelle, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
