The room is calm, clean and elegant, set up for a personal visit with few distractions. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled and a $25 fee applies. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or the same fee applies. Companions, guests and children are not allowed in the service area, and a lobby is available for waiting.
Beyond nails, the studio offers customized facials meant to cleanse, hydrate and restore the skin, skin care treatments covering deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging care and glow-boosting therapies, and brow services including lamination, waxing, mapping and tinting.
The studio also teaches private classes with one student per class, running six to eight hours a day, and provides one-on-one mentorship for people starting a business, teaching or building a brand. The first 30-minute mentoring session is free. Class fees listed run from $900 to $2,000, with deposits between $200 and $600 and weekly, biweekly or monthly payment plans.
