Lake Mary Waxing is a waxing and skin care studio that owner Stacey Ponce opened in May 2017. The salon says it has served the local community for more than five years.
Services are by appointment only, and the owner is the sole staff contact a client deals with, from the first booking through checkout and rebooking. Clients can book online or reach the studio by phone, text or email, though replies to calls and emails may take up to 48 hours. Only one person is in the waxing suite at a time.
New clients add the New Client service to their booking and complete a consultation form, with extra appointment time included for it. Children of any age are welcome, and clients under 18 need a legal parent present at their first visit to sign a waiver. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, or who miss an appointment without notice, are marked as a no-show and charged a $25 fee. First-time clients who reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment forfeit the First Time Client Discount on future bookings.
The menu covers facial waxing, full body waxing, bikini waxing and several combined brow and waxing packages. The salon uses all-natural wax and skin care products and sells gift cards. The salon describes its brow work as the best in town.
Services are by appointment only, and the owner handles each client directly with the goal of keeping visits comfortable, gentle and easy.
