Lake Forest Regenesis is a medical clinic in Lake Forest, founded by family nurse practitioner Allana Bush and run by Lake Forest Regenesis Medical Center PLLC. It occupies the lower level of Suite 2 at 1025 W. Everett Road, at the corner of Everett and Waukegan roads. The building also houses the Lake Forest Acute Care Center. St. Patrick Catholic Church sits across the street, and the Lake Forest train station on the Milwaukee District North Line is within walking distance. Visitors can use the main entrance on Everett Road or a rear entrance off Waukegan Road (Route 43). Parking is available out front, behind the building and past the back fence. Stairs and an elevator both reach the suite.

The practice's core offering is a Direct Primary Care membership at $119 per month, paid directly to the clinic rather than billed to insurance. The membership covers primary and sick visits for common, non-emergency illnesses, preventive visits, sports and school physicals, and ongoing monitoring of chronic concerns and medications, including lab interpretation and coordination with outside specialists when needed. It is not health insurance and does not include prescriptions, lab testing, imaging, specialist visits or emergency care, which are billed separately. Members reach their provider by email, text, portal message or phone and receive a reply within one business day. Adults 18 and older are the core group, and younger patients may be considered case by case.

Separate from the membership, the clinic offers medical weight loss with GLP-1 therapy using semaglutide or tirzepatide when clinically appropriate, alongside lab testing, hormone assessment, nutrition and lifestyle guidance and ongoing check-ins. A free two-minute Weight Loss Readiness Check on the website looks at health history and suggests what kind of support may fit. Hormone care covers hormone replacement therapy for women in perimenopause and menopause, testosterone therapy for men including a program for first responders, and thyroid care. Other programs include functional medicine, mental wellness treatment, gut health care, hair thinning treatment, erectile dysfunction treatment, women's sexual health care and pelvic health services with Emsella.

IV and injection therapy begins with a health screening and a health review under the lead provider's oversight. Individual nutrient injections and a review of vitamin and supplement use, including overlaps and interactions, are also available. Emsculpt NEO body contouring is offered as its own program for the abdomen, buttocks, arms, thighs and calves, and it targets muscle and localized fat rather than weight.

Most programs require lab testing before treatment, with labs drawn in office, and no referral is needed to book. A consultation is requested through an online form or by phone or email, and the clinic then calls to confirm a time. Most new patients start with a 90-minute first visit and a 90-minute results visit. Payment plans are available through Cherry for care such as hormone therapy and medical weight loss, with some 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%. Payment options are explained when a visit is booked. The clinic is open Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, and is closed Thursday and Sunday.
