Facials are grouped into a standard Facials menu, an Elite Facials menu with longer, more involved sessions, and Specials and Packages for peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and glycolic series. Add-ons include a heated hand treatment with massage and a foot massage. Options range from a 45-minute face-only facial to a 2 hour 20 minute Make Me Over Facial, and there is a facial designed for men's skin and one for teens and adults with acne-prone skin.

The studio describes skincare as a form of self-care that should build confidence, and says good skincare should be accessible and affordable, using skin-safe products at a fair price. Treatments are shaped to each client's skin and daily life, and the studio uses the Ayur-Medic line, which is developed for skincare professionals, along with Murad sunscreen and its own retail products.

Clients can expect a private treatment room. A dog may greet visitors, and it can be kept apart if notice is given ahead of the visit.

Cancellations must be made by calling or texting the studio at 818-522-4401, since emails and replies to automated messages do not count as notice. Cancellations with 12 hours' notice are charged $15, with 6 hours' notice $20, and with 2 hours' notice $45. A no-show is charged 75% of the booked treatment, and rebooking within 7 days costs a $15 fee that is credited toward the new appointment if completed within that window. Payment is accepted in cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and major credit cards, with an extra $2 charge for American Express. Gratuities are appreciated but not expected. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards.
