Braid services include kids' braids without added hair, which take about an hour and a half, and men's braids, which take about an hour. Sew-ins come in closure, frontal and traditional versions, and the ponytail and half up/half down styles are offered as separate appointments.

Wig installs cover wig construction, re-installs, and frontal or closure wig installs. For wig installs, hair being braided is included at no extra cost, or clients can bring hair that is already braided. Clients who do not bring pre-braided hair can add a braid down to the booking.

A one-on-one wig install class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, and runs about four hours. It is priced separately from the appointment services.

To book, a $25 deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the total. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances can be paid by Cash App, Zelle or cash, with a 5% fee on Cash App payments. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late without contacting the studio are cancelled and charged a $25 rescheduling fee. The studio does not charge late fees. Last-minute bookings are accepted only for wig installs and sew-ins, with a $35 surcharge and at least six hours' notice.
