The studio is organized into two groups. Intentional Services are multi-step color packages: a Lived In package for soft, dimensional color that grows out gradually, a High Maintenance Blonding package for bright blondes who have foil highlights and keep up with regular appointments, and The Works, a full reset that suits first-time clients or yearly maintenance. Package prices are described as covering everything needed for the chosen look, starting at $375, $425 and $475 respectively, and are subject to change. Small Luxe Services cover single appointments: a haircut alone, grey coverage, a single process color with gloss and cut, and mini foil work. Services may vary based on hair type, length and goals.

Booking works differently for new and current clients. New clients complete an inquiry form and receive a booking link after review, while current clients book directly online. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full or under the payment terms provided, and confirmed bookings keep the agreed rate even if prices change later. Deposits may be required for certain appointments and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, and late arrivals may mean a shorter session or a rescheduled appointment. Clients are asked to share any allergies, sensitivities or special needs ahead of time.
