The space includes thirteen treatment rooms, a serenity lounge, and a large venue for spa parties. A private hydrotherapy room holds a two-person air-jetted tub that is filled fresh for each guest and sanitized after use. Each guest gets a private locker, and locker rooms supply robes, slippers, towels and toiletries. Dry saunas and the serenity lounge are included with any paid service. Sauna sessions need to be booked along with a package or service and are capped at 20 minutes for safety.

Massage is the core of the menu. Lafusion Relax is a light-pressure Swedish massage focused on muscle relaxation and circulation. Lafusion Signature blends deep tissue and Swedish work with hot towels and aromatherapy. Lafusion Deep uses firmer pressure aimed at deeper muscle and connective tissue. Therapeutic massage applies trigger point work and stretching at medium to firm pressure, adjusted to the individual, and prenatal massage is offered for expecting mothers. Ashiatsu and cupping are also among the styles offered. Individual, couples and side-by-side sessions are available, and foot reflexology, scalp enhancement, hand and foot exfoliation and hydrotherapy tub time can be added. The spa states that its massage and esthetics staff are licensed professionals.

Facials are customized. The Custom Signature Facial and Custom Gentleman's Facial both open with a consultation, then move through cleansing, exfoliation, enzyme treatment, a mask, hydration, steamed towels and massage. The Acne Facial includes a skin evaluation, steam, deep cleansing, extractions as needed and calming aftercare products. The Oxygen Rx Facial infuses the skin with vitamins and oxygen and is intended for acne-prone or aging skin. The 90-minute Advanced Anti-Aging Facial adds a scalp massage and a peptide firming mask. Body treatments include the Signature Body Glow with a body oil and sugar scrub, the candlelit Hydro Glow soak in a clawfoot tub with aromatherapy bath milk, and the Lymphatic Body Treatment, a rhythmic, light-movement session intended to support circulation.

Spa packages are built from the most popular treatments and come in solo and two-person versions, including the Mother To Be, Orchid, Rose and Lotus All Inclusive Spa Day options, plus couples packages such as Girls Night and Couples Getaway. Spa parties and Special Occasion Packages suit birthdays, bachelorette parties, office gatherings and milestones. Spa party reservations require a $100 per person non-refundable deposit, and the balance is paid in one transaction at check-out. Party pricing includes a 20% gratuity and applies to weekday bookings, while Saturday pricing and availability are arranged by phone. Gift cards can be bought by phone, online, or in person, and in-person purchases include a greeting card and envelope. Sugaring removes hair with a paste of sugar, lemon and water that grips hair and dead skin cells rather than the skin's surface.

Treatments are adjusted to the guest: facials open with a consultation, therapeutic massage is tailored to the individual, and packages are built from the spa's most popular treatments.
