Visits usually start with a 30-minute consultation for $20. The consultation looks at your current lashes, helps you choose a look, and includes advice on caring for them between appointments.
The menu is built around extensions. Classic sets add a natural, mascara-like lift along the lash line and are the style the business recommends for first-time clients. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume techniques for a fuller, denser finish. Volume sets are more dense again, and wet sets are finished with a glossy, wet-look effect and spiked lashes for a wispy but bold result. Mega classic sets combine classic extensions with closed fan extensions for a more dramatic look that still reads as natural, and mega volume sets are meant for the most dramatic, voluminous look on the menu.
Full sets take roughly 2 to 2 3/4 hours depending on the style. Between full sets, clients return for mini fills about one to one and a half weeks after the previous set, or for 2/3 week refills. Mini fills need about 70% of the extensions still intact, and 2/3 week refills need about 70% of the previous set still on.
