New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation, which is optional for most newcomers but required for anyone with previous cosmetic tattooing or who is requesting a coverup. The consultation covers the process and the client's goals and includes preliminary sketches. Refresher and retouch visits are timed by how long it has been since the last appointment, typically seven to twelve months and twelve to eighteen months.

Booking a new cosmetic tattoo requires a $100 non-refundable deposit, which is credited toward the service. Each new procedure takes a minimum of two visits, and microblading includes a follow-up eight weeks after the first session. Clients complete a release form before treatment, must be 18 or older, and are asked to avoid tanning for three weeks around an appointment, to stop chemical peels and microneedling for at least four weeks beforehand, and to stop retinol one month before. Vacations are best planned at least 14 days after a procedure.

Cosmetic tattoos fade over time and are typically refreshed every one to two years. The studio does not guarantee results, since skin holds pigment differently from person to person. Lady Wolf merchandise, including tees, shorts, a hoodie and a water bottle, is sold online, and gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom value.
