Bridal work is built around three tiers named The Richie, The Swiftie and The Kardashian. The Richie covers the bride plus four additional services, The Swiftie covers the bride plus seven and adds a second hairstylist or artist, and The Kardashian covers the bride plus ten and adds two more artists. Each tier can be booked for hair, makeup, or both, and each includes a Bridal Preview, travel and lodging costs, and timeline planning and coordination. Packages also include a Vision Board process that shapes the look around the client's theme, dress, preferences and features.

Before the wedding, the Bridal Preview gives the bride one hairstyle of her choice and a complimentary hair extension consultation. Booking requires a 50 percent deposit and a signed contract to hold a date. On the wedding day, the schedule allows 30 minutes for setup, 45 minutes per bridal party member, two hours for the bride and 30 minutes for final touches. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair, since time spent drying wet hair is deducted from the service. Clients may bring their own clip-in extensions if they mention it in advance. Gratuity is not included, and pricing is stated as all-inclusive with no hidden fees, according to the business.
