The studio says it has more than ten years of professional experience in lash work. Each extension set is planned around the client's eye shape, natural lashes and personal style rather than a single standard look.

Extension options run from a lighter, softer set with 60 to 80 percent coverage, through a fuller classic set with 80 to 90 percent coverage, to a hybrid set that combines classic single lashes with light volume fans for 90 to 100 percent coverage. A natural volume set offers 80 to 90 percent coverage with a fluffy, lightweight feel.

For clients who prefer not to wear extensions, the eyelash lift lifts and curls natural lashes, and the tint darkens them. Both are offered as separate services.

The studio describes its setting as clean, relaxing and welcoming, and its services as premium quality. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and closed on Sundays.

Accepted payment methods are credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo, settled once the appointment wraps up. Changing or canceling a booking with under a day's warning, or not showing up at all, brings a $20 charge. Arriving over 20 minutes after the start time can mean the appointment is trimmed or moved to another slot, and a $20 charge may also apply. Clients who have canceled late or missed appointments two or more times may be asked to put down a $50 deposit that cannot be refunded before they can book again. Every sale is final. Any complaint has to be brought up within 48 hours, because completed services are not refunded.

The studio aims to look after clients' natural lashes while aiming for long-lasting results, and customizes each set to the individual client.
