New guests begin with a thorough consultation to talk through goals and agree on a plan before any color or cutting starts. Appointments are planned to run on time, leaving room for guests to relax. Each visit takes place in a private suite, and complimentary snacks and drinks are offered during the appointment.
After a visit, guests receive personalized product suggestions and tips for caring for their hair at home, and a follow-up text checks in on how the hair is doing. Prices can change for above-average product use or a longer service, but guests are told before the service begins.
Tailors color and haircuts to each guest's schedule and lifestyle, with a focus on low-maintenance results.
