The salon says its first priority is sanitary service. Pedicure tools are disposable, and files and buffers are not shared between clients. Guests can keep their own files and buffers after the visit or have them discarded. Pedicure bowls are jetless, which the salon says helps limit germs.

Spa manicures and pedicures use lavender or a milk and honey line. Each includes a scrub, a mask, a cream and paraffin, and the pedicures begin with a soak. The no chip service is cured under LED light and uses a keratin-containing product, and the salon says it can last about two weeks without chipping. It recommends alternating a no chip manicure with a regular manicure over time.

The salon says clients should not have to give up health to get good nails, and it aims to support and respect women in a comfortable, relaxed setting. Kids' services are offered for younger guests, with separate prices for manicures, pedicures and a combined visit.

Online booking is available at both locations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged the full price of the services booked, and a client with an unpaid cancellation fee cannot rebook until it is settled. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.

The salon's stated philosophy is that beauty should not come at the expense of health, with hygiene and single-use tools at the center of the service.
