New clients may need a booking request approved first, which the salon reviews within 24 to 48 hours.

Booking requires a deposit for most appointments, set at $25 for most services, $50 for root touch-ups and all-over color, and $75 for keratin treatments. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, and the deposit can move to the new time; a second reschedule requires a new deposit. Cancellations or changes made inside the notice window can forfeit the deposit or incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and later arrivals may face a late fee, a shortened service or cancellation. Additional guests and children are not permitted unless approved in advance, and clients are expected to follow the aftercare instructions they are given.

Hours run Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Returning senior clients with a dependable appointment record may be eligible to have deposits on upcoming bookings waived under the senior courtesy policy. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings priced from $50 to $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment.
