It works from two locations: a suite inside Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa in Fort Worth, and a studio at Sola Salon Studios in the Town Center area of Colleyville.

A first visit starts with an intake form for new clients, which can be filled out in person at booking. Bookings are held with a 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early, and a 10 to 15 minute grace period applies depending on the service. Late arrivals may have appointments shortened or moved, and arrivals after the grace period may forfeit the deposit. Clients coming from another studio can send a clear photo of their current lashes beforehand for a preliminary assessment, which is recommended. Lashes applied at another studio carry a $10 assessment fee.

Bridal clients can choose the Classic Bride, Diamond Bride or Glam Bride package, or a bridal lash extension package. The bridal lash timeline begins with a consultation and trial full set about three to three and a half weeks before the wedding, followed by a fill appointment 12 to 14 days out and a final touch-up 5 to 7 days before. A free brow shaping or tinting combo can be added to bridal lash service, and bridesmaids and mothers of the bride receive 15% off full set lash extensions.

Refill timing is based on the last visit: a one-week touch-up falls within 7 days, a two-week fill between 8 and 15 days, and a three-week fill between 16 and 21 days. A full set may be needed if less than 30% of extensions remain or more than 21 days have passed. Rescheduling or cancelling requires at least 24 hours notice. If a client has irritation during application, the lashes are removed at no charge. Clients who are unsatisfied with a service are asked to contact the business within 48 hours.

The studio aims to enhance natural beauty rather than cover it up. Each lash set and brow service is tailored to the client's shape, length, color and style, and techniques and products are chosen to support the long-term health of natural lashes and brows.
