The salon's approach centers on treating skincare as an ongoing partnership. Each treatment plan is individualized rather than drawn from a standard protocol, and the salon says it prefers personal attention to assembly-line treatments. Visits begin with a conversation about concerns, goals and anything that could affect treatment.
Services fall into four groups: laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, advanced skin solutions and HydraFacial. Laser hair removal is performed with the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus and begins with an initial consultation to assess skin and hair. Packages include the Essentials and Signature 12-Session Forever Smooth Series, individual area treatments, touch-ups and a Clinical Maintenance Program. New clients receive 50% off their first treatment for each area after the consultation.
Scheduling is by appointment only, with at least 24 hours' notice needed to change or reschedule. Changes or missed appointments made with less notice carry a fee, and repeated short-notice changes may require a deposit or prepayment. Gift cards can be used toward laser hair removal, skincare, HydraFacial and laser skin rejuvenation.
