RED light therapy is available as single sessions for the face, the body or both, or as packages of ten sessions. Online bookings carry a $25 deposit that goes toward the treatment and is non-refundable. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a $50 fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full booked service, and clients more than 15 minutes late may be charged in full if there is not enough time left. Changes must be made by phone or text rather than by replying to automated reminders.
The business sells GENOSYS skincare, including cleansers, toners, creams, eye care and serums, priced from $45 to $95 plus tax. Skin care products are final sale, with a full refund within 7 days if a skin reaction occurs.
