Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 30% fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may lead to rescheduling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is closed on Mondays and keeps longer hours on Thursdays and Saturdays.
