Visits are by appointment, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 4:30, with Friday times available by special request. Haircut-only visits are not offered to new guests, quick color services are not offered, and the salon does not accept solicitations in the suite or through its website. Services not listed on the menu are not regular offerings, and pricing for them is set on request after a consultation.

New guests begin with a consultation and a digital form ahead of the first visit, and receive a follow-up plan and follow-up email afterward. Existing guests are offered maintenance visits when a haircut, root retouch and end refresh are due before the next color appointment, typically every six to twelve weeks. Secondary color choices for highlights or lowlights add $10 to $25 depending on the type, balancing toners are $30, and an end color refresh is $40 for average or thick hair, added as needed. Extra color batches, outgrowth beyond a maintenance root retouch, extra long hair and services needing more time are priced according to the result wanted. Packages are offered for three new guest choices and five existing guest choices, and a loyalty program gives points for purchases.
