Treatments pair what the studio calls advanced technology with hands-on technique. Body work includes Endermologie, Endospheres, an EndermoSculpt Combo of the two, EMSculpt NEO and Ultraformer III lifts. Facial work includes HydraFacial with EndermoLift, Thermage with jawline sculpting, a fractional RF under-eye lift and micro-focused ultrasound lifts. Injectables and boosters range from Botox and fillers to Radiesse, B12 and vitamin C shots and mesotherapy, and laser hair removal is performed on a Candela GentleMax Pro Plus.

Each body and facial session is adjusted to the client's skin or body needs, and plans take anatomy, lifestyle and goals into account. The studio's blog describes Endermologie as an FDA-approved, non-invasive contouring treatment. According to the studio's own treatment data, visible smoothing typically appears after about three sessions, and 2 to 3 sessions per week for 10 to 15 sessions is suggested. Endospheres sessions usually run 35 to 55 minutes, with 6 to 12 recommended.

The first visit includes an intake form, so first-time clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early, while returning clients arrive on time. Booking asks about medical conditions, recent treatments, medications or supplements, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Appointments are booked and confirmed through Square, and changes can be made online, by phone or by direct message during business hours. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations may carry a late fee, no-shows may be charged, and missed or late-cancelled prepaid sessions can be forfeited. Phones are kept silent, and children and extra guests are not allowed in treatment rooms.

Treatments are customized to each client's anatomy, lifestyle and goals, with the aim of subtle, natural-looking results.
