The menu covers manicures in three levels: a Signature Manicure with exfoliation, a hydrating mask and a hot towel wrap, a Classic Manicure with cuticle work, shaping, buffing, hand massage and regular polish, and a Gel Manicure with a hand massage and gel polish under a high-shine top coat. The Classic Pedicure includes a soak, callus work, sugar scrub, leg massage, hydrating mask and hot towel. The Signature Pedi adds a callus treatment, steamer and a 10-minute massage. Gel versions of the pedicures and polish changes are priced separately. A children's line called La Petit offers smaller manicures, pedicures and polish services.
Extensions are offered in acrylic, builder gel and dip powder, including fill-ins, full sets, overlays and sets with tips, with soak-off options. Nail art and design add-ons include French and deep French tips, chrome, cat-eye, 3D texture, character designs, Russian manicure, length adjustments, shaping and repairs.
Booking requires a card on hold. The card is not charged until the end of the service, and appointments without one are not confirmed. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged $25 to the card on hold. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that the service may be shortened and designs may not be accepted, and after 15 minutes the appointment may be cancelled as a no-show. One or two guests or children may attend if they stay quiet. A free mask is available on request, and free UV gloves covering the hand and fingertips can be requested before polishing. Service issues must be reported within 48 hours, and repairs within that window are free. No refunds are given on any service, and split payments are accepted if the salon is told at the start of service.
Visits are by appointment only, and the salon has a booking, cancellation and repair policy. Before any service, clients are asked to mention allergies, medical conditions or problems with their nails. Work may be declined if the nails show signs of infection or fungus.
