The menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, polish changes, à la carte add-ons, princess services and waxing. A basic manicure starts at $25 and includes trimming, shaping, cuticle care, callus repair, a massage with moisturizing lotion and hot towels. Spa upgrades add sea salt and honey exfoliation or a paraffin wax step. The pedicure menu includes a Milk & Honey option that soaks feet in milk, an aroma pedicure with a choice of cucumber, aloe vera, orange or lavender, and a seasonal signature pedicure that takes about an hour and changes scent with the season.

For longer-wearing color, the No-Chip manicure uses hybrid polish from OPI, Gelish or DND and is described as lasting up to 14 days. Nail enhancement options include Gel X, builder gel fills, full sets with gel polish, dipping systems, and pink and white or ombre finishes. Fills are priced separately from full sets, and gel polish can be added to any pedicure.

Some policies apply to payment and service. A 2% processing fee is added to credit card payments, a $5 charge applies when an old set of nails is removed, and adding an extension to a dipping service costs $10 more. Gift eGift cards can be received instantly and used through the year. Clients may take sealed nail kits home, and the space can be booked for parties, corporate events and get-togethers.

On hygiene, clients may bring their own nail tools, which the salon disinfects before use as state law requires. Pedicure liners, air jets, files, buffers and pumice stones are single-use, and reusable tools are sterilized with dry heat and medical autoclave steam. Manicure bowls come with disposable liners. The salon says it meets top industry standards for cleanliness and safety and that staff take regular classes in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge.

According to the salon, the goal is nails that look natural, flawless and beautiful, with natural and organic spa ingredients and eco-friendly products used throughout the services.
