The massage menu centers on Thai massage, offered as a signature version and a traditional cloth-on version, both available in 60, 75, 90 and 120 minute sessions. Hot stone and prenatal massage follow the same session lengths, with prenatal massage not offered before 16 weeks of pregnancy. Shorter 30 and 45 minute sessions are available for foot reflexology, hands and arms, and head, neck and shoulder work. Couples can book paired versions of most massages. Massage is by appointment, with walk-ins accommodated when the schedule allows, and clients can request a specific therapist.

The facial menu includes a basic facial massage, Signature, Acne, Rosacea and Anti-aging treatments, and a range of Oxygen facials that use the Oxygenceuticals line, a Korean skincare range infused with oxygen. The spa describes the Oxygen radiance Facial as suitable for all skin types and, because of oxygen's natural antibacterial properties, as suitable for acne-prone skin. Dermaplane versions of several facials are offered. HydraFacial treatments cleanse, extract and hydrate the skin, and can be paired with boosters for textured skin, spot correction, and fine lines and wrinkles. The Platinum HydraFacial includes a lymphatic drainage massage, and HydraFacial MD is offered alongside LED light therapy with red and blue settings.

Waxing covers the face, lip, chin, brows, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, abdomen, bikini and Brazilian areas, using hard and soft wax formulated for sensitive skin. The spa says it takes precautions such as avoiding reused applicators. For best results the hair should be about half an inch long, and at least a quarter inch to wax. Waxing is recommended roughly six weeks after the last appointment. Hot baths, saunas and sun beds should be avoided for 24 hours afterward, and light exfoliation before and after helps with ingrown hairs. Clients on skin-thinning medication should wait six months after stopping before waxing, and clients on blood thinners should tell the spa when booking.

Booking is available online through Fresha or the website, or by phone at (617) 714-5319. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, deposits are non-refundable but can move to a rescheduled booking, and no-shows are charged in full to a card on file. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, since late arrivals receive a shorter session. Listed rates exclude gratuity, and cash tips are preferred but not required. The spa notes that a cash discount is available, and gift cards can be bought through Fresha; they are non-refundable and expire five years after purchase.
