The facial menu starts with She's a Classic, a 60-minute customized facial suited to first-time clients and all skin types. It includes a skin analysis, a double cleanse, extractions, an enzyme treatment, massage of the face, neck and upper chest, and a honey-based mask and moisturizer. For a dermaplane option, Express Dermaplane is a 30-minute treatment that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, without extractions. She's a Glow Getter is a 75-minute dermaplane facial using a sterile surgical blade, with a HydroJelly mask of the client's choice. She's a Gem is a 90-minute facial that uses a diamond-tip microdermabrasion tool, extracts impurities and infuses serums. The studio says this facial aims to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and to support collagen production, and it involves no downtime. A dermaplane can be added to it.

Brow services include Brow Cleanup, a 25-minute waxing, tweezing and trimming service that does not include full mapping, which the studio describes as ideal for male clients and teens. Brow Styling Signature is a 60-minute service with full brow mapping, precision waxing and tint, finished with high-performance brow products. Brow Lamination + Wax gives brows a lifted, fluffy laminated look in 60 minutes, and Brow Trio combines lamination, waxing and tint in 135 minutes. Feathered Nano Hairstrokes is a permanent makeup service that uses a machine and a feathered hairstroke technique. It begins with a consultation, full mapping and skin analysis, and touch-ups are typically needed every six months to a year depending on skin type.

Lash services include the Korean Lash Lift, a 75-minute treatment that curls natural lashes from the base, and Lash Lift + Tint, which adds a semi-permanent dye to make lashes look thicker, darker and fuller. The studio recommends the tint for clients with lighter lashes. Lip and nose waxing are quick 20-minute services. Add-ons include gua sha, an ice globe, a rose quartz eye mask using weighted pressure, a high frequency treatment described as ideal for acne-prone skin, and a HydroJelly mask that can also be applied to brows after a brow service.

New clients pay a deposit for facials, dermaplane, brows and lashes, and all appointments carry a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service, with the balance due at the visit. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service total. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
