Eyelash extensions are individual synthetic lashes attached to each natural lash with adhesive, made from premium synthetic material with a double heat-roll process for curl. Volume sets are blended to suit eye shape and facial contours. Sensitive lash extensions use adhesives formulated for clients with allergies or sensitivities, and under-eye extensions are also offered.

A visit starts with a free consultation to review lash options before booking. Technicians assess natural lashes before choosing length and thickness, and the process includes an individual custom application and aftercare instructions. A typical extension appointment runs one to two hours. No makeup is required beforehand, but lashes should be clean and eyelids free of makeup, and coffee is discouraged before the appointment.

Fill-ins are offered at one, two or three week intervals for clients with existing salon extensions, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A one-week fill is for clients who have kept 50% or more of their lashes, and a three-week fill needs 40% or more remaining. A visit more than three weeks after the last service, or with less than 40% remaining, requires a full set. The removal fee is waived when a full set is booked. Transferring a fill from another lash service requires at least 40% of lashes and previous individual application, and strip or cluster lashes are not accepted.

Tint results typically last four to six weeks.

Brow services include brow lamination, waxing, tinting, henna and eyebrow threading, with combination packages. Both locations offer an eyebrow bar for shaping and tinting, and each has a permanent make-up clinic for semi-permanent work such as microblading, ombre shading, a hybrid of the two, nano stroke brows, lip blush and eyeliner. The salon says its certified professionals customize each semi-permanent service to the client's desired look and describes its brow services as guaranteed. Skincare includes Nano Infusion packages and single ampoules. The salon describes its pricing as competitive and transparent, and detailed pricing is available on the website or by contacting the salon.
