La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth

La Gran Plaza is a super regional shopping mall located at 4200 South Freeway, Suite 2500, in Fort Worth. According to the mall, it is one of a kind. Its tenant mix runs from large national brands to independent local shops. Current occupants include Spectrum/Charter, Auntie Anne's, Conn's, Chuck E. Cheese, Chase Bank, T-Mobile, Skechers, Ross, Children's Place, Burlington and IHOP.

The food court serves regional Mexican dishes alongside seafood, Asian cuisine and pizza, and includes pupusas. Snack shops offer frozen yogurt and Mexican treats. A Fiesta Mart supermarket is also inside the mall.

A section called the Mercado covers about 125,000 square feet and holds more than 135 small businesses, including restaurants, hair salons, clothing and party supply shops, and other services. Murals, steel sculptures and a three-story sculptural steel slide decorate the El Mercado area.

TX America Cinemas operates in the mall and shows new releases dubbed or subtitled in Spanish, along with Mexican cinema films. Weekend entertainment has included Mariachi music, clowns, children's entertainment, live music and other shows, and recurring Legacy Events run through the year for all ages. There is a playground for children.

Mall hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 9pm and Sunday from 11am to 8pm. Leasing space for retail, restaurant, Mercado and office use is available; availability and rates are provided on request by phone or through the leasing inquiry form.
