Every loc installation begins with a consultation. At that visit, the loctician talks through hair goals, how the locking process works, pricing and the upkeep each style needs. Test locs are placed in the side ear section so the client can see how the hair responds. Final pricing for Microlocs and Interlocs is set at that consultation, based on hair length and density for Interlocs.

Loc services include Sisterlocks, Microlocs, Interlocs and Traditional Locs, plus retightening and retwisting for existing locs. Clients transferring existing locs are also seen for a consultation. The salon does not offer loc extensions. Clients need at least four inches of unprocessed natural hair to start Sisterlocks, Interlocs or Microlocs. Clients with chemically processed hair can still start locs if they have four inches of natural, unprocessed hair from the scalp.

Lash services include Hybrid extensions, Luxe Volume extensions and fills. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks to keep the lashes full. A fill is only booked when enough extensions remain attached, and a full set is needed if too many have come off or four weeks or more have passed. The salon's lash guarantee covers corrections at no cost if an issue is reported within three days and the client returns within five days.

Other services include Natural Stylez styles such as 2 Strand Twist and Loc Stylez, along with shampoo services, deep conditioning, and loc care treatments such as Loc Detox, Loc Repair and Loc Stream.

Booking has a few set rules. A non-refundable deposit applies to every service and is credited toward the booked services. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and one reschedule is allowed on the same deposit. Clients more than 15 minutes late are treated as cancelled. Guests, including children, are only allowed in the space during a service because space is limited. Card payments carry a 3% fee, and Cash App is accepted. Cash is accepted, but change is not given.

The salon's stated focus is building long-term relationships with its clients, and each loc service is planned around the client's goals at a consultation.
