The studio describes itself as the best studio for beauty and wellness. Its stated aim is a relaxed room where clients can set their stress aside, and where regular visits turn into lasting relationships with the team.

Lash services cover classic, hybrid and volume extension full sets and refills, lash lifts with or without tint, a Korean lash lift, lash tints, and extension removal. Brow work includes tinting, lamination and a combined package called The Ultimate Brow, which pairs lamination, tint and waxing. Facial options range from a 90-minute Barbie facial with dermaplaning, LED therapy and a custom mask, to a PCA chemical peel, microneedling, microdermabrasion, an acne facial and an anti-aging facial. Waxing is offered for the face and body, and airbrush spray tans come in three solutions. Bridal and event makeup is also available.

Gratuity is optional and left to the client. Cash is preferred, Venmo is accepted, and credit or debit cards carry a 3% fee. Wedding makeup and hair styling are quoted individually based on location, schedule and the services requested.

Each client's care is shaped around a consultation about their goals, and the studio puts real weight on explaining each procedure to the client.
