Every staff member is bilingual in Spanish and English, and the doctors speak Spanish as well. New patient intake, financial policy and podiatry referral forms are available in both languages.

A first visit is a consultation in which the clinic reviews medical history, symptoms and other factors that could affect treatment. Care then moves through four steps: consultation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. Treatment begins with the most conservative option that fits the patient, and follow-up tracks progress and changes the plan as needed. Appointments can be set around a patient's own schedule. The clinic says patients will never be rushed during consultations.

Each office has digital X-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, 3D foot scanning and therapeutic lasers, so imaging and some treatments happen on site. Heel pain evaluations may include blood tests or in-house imaging to confirm a diagnosis. Ingrown toenail care ranges from conservative measures such as Epsom salt soaks, nail lifting with a splint and oral antibiotics to same-day minimally invasive procedures and in-office surgery done under a numbing injection, which removes the ingrown part of the nail. For toenail fungus, the clinic offers Lunula Laser low-level laser treatment in four 12-minute in-office sessions. The clinic describes this treatment as safe, effective and painless, and says it clears the nail bed significantly within three months; these are the clinic's own claims.

The clinic offers diabetic foot care, which covers ulcer prevention, wound evaluation, circulation assessment and individual care plans, and can include total contact casts or custom walking boots. Wound care is provided for both diabetic and non-diabetic foot wounds, including ulcers that have not healed, infections and open sores. Treatment includes cleaning and debridement, protective dressings, offloading to relieve pressure, infection management, checks of circulation and sensation, and ongoing monitoring with regular follow-up visits. For heel pain, including plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and chronic inflammation, custom orthotics that fit inside shoes are one option. According to the clinic, most insurance plans cover heel pain treatment.

Patients who have pain or trouble walking can be seen the same day. Pickup services bring patients to appointments from many Los Angeles-area cities, including Arcadia, Alhambra, Long Beach, Torrance, Inglewood, Lynwood, Downey and Whittier. Payment options differ by office: El Monte accepts Medicare, private insurance and cash; Lawndale accepts Medicare and cash; and Huntington Park accepts Original Medicare and self-pay, with cash and Zelle accepted and payment due at the visit unless other arrangements are made. The clinic describes its services as reasonably priced, and it does not list prices on its site.

Combines expertise and compassion to build personalized treatment plans for conditions of the foot and ankle, starting conservatively and adjusting follow-up as each patient progresses.

The clinic says consultations are never rushed.
