La Chelé Medical Aesthetics is a physician-led practice with four locations in Pennsylvania: New Hope, Newtown, Dresher and Newtown Square. The practice describes itself as one of the largest laser centers in the United States, and laser and light-based care is at the center of what it offers.

For sun spots, redness and uneven tone, BBL and PICO are used. BBL is the gentler, lower-downtime option, while PICO is used for more stubborn pigment and also for tattoo removal. A dedicated vein laser treats visible spider and reticular veins.

Fine lines, skin texture and overall clarity are addressed with two treatments, MOXI and Halo. MOXI is the gentler option and is generally suited to ongoing maintenance, while Halo uses a combination of two wavelengths. For deeper texture, deeper wrinkles and more significant sun damage, the salon offers Contour TRL and CO2 resurfacing. Both of these involve more recovery time than the other options.

Other services include a range of firming and tightening treatments, from Morpheus8 and Ultherapy to Endolift and FaceTite; acne treatments such as Aviclear and BBL Forever Clear, with NeoClear used to refine texture and tone during recovery; and laser hair reduction. Most laser plans begin with a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart, and laser hair reduction follows the same multi-session pattern. A complimentary skin consultation is offered.
