The spa menus run in tiers. A classic manicure or pedicure includes shaping, cuticle care and polish, and higher tiers add steps such as sugar scrubs, hydrating masks, paraffin dips, warm towels and hot stones. The Deluxe Hydration Pedicure lets guests choose green tea, peppermint or milk honey, and the Enhanced Fresh Pedicure offers a lemon, cucumber or aloe packet. The organic line is the salon's most distinct menu. The Special Organic Herbal Manicure and Special Organic Herbal Pedicure are described as natural and chemical-free, with herbal soaks, organic sugar scrubs, botanical masks and organic lotion massages, and both include a bonus herbal neck wrap. The Special Organic Herbal Pedicure also adds a hot stone and paraffin wax.

Beyond the spa menus, the salon offers acrylic fills and full sets, dipping powder on natural nails (described as a lighter, natural-feel option that needs no UV light), builder gel, poly gel and Gel-X full sets. Lash services include lash lifts, natural, hybrid, hybrid volume and mega volume sets, and fills for sets that are meant to be refreshed every two to three weeks. Pricing is set on the service menu, and the salon asks guests to confirm the price with their technician before service, especially for custom work, add-ons or upgrades. Credit card prices are listed about 2% above the standard prices. Services are non-refundable. Guests who are unhappy should say so before leaving or within 24 hours. Nail problems such as chipping, lifting or breakage can be reported within 5 days for a fix at no added charge, and later fixes may carry a repair fee. Guests who are not fully satisfied can speak with the salon manager. The salon asks for as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule, and reserves the right to refuse or end service with anyone who is rude or makes the space unsafe or uncomfortable.
