Clients who are new to the business can book a Glowzilian special, a Brazilian wax followed by a hydrojelly mask, with ingrown serum applied before the mask. Existing clients can book a Glowzilian at a lower price, and on Wednesdays an existing-client Brazilian is offered for clients who are four to five weeks past their last wax.
Several services ask for a deposit of $10, $25 or $35 when booking. A $25 fee applies to no-shows, last-minute reschedules and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. For Brazilian appointments, clients are asked to exfoliate two days beforehand, and Brazilian waxing works best once hair has grown for about three to four weeks. The business also sells gift cards.
Waxing appointments are paired with ingrown care and a hydrojelly mask where the service includes one, and Brazilian clients get written prep guidance before their visit.
