Before most treatments, clients have a consultation where the team reviews medical history, areas of concern and aesthetic goals. Licensed medical providers review each client's health history before weight loss vitamin injections are offered as part of a personalized plan. Booking is available online, virtual consultations are offered, and walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are encouraged. A deposit of $55 to $200 is required at booking, and clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early, since late arrivals may not get their full service time. Gratuities are not included in prices, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Body treatments offered include CoolSculpting Elite and CoolTone, along with i-Lipo for fat reduction, a Tri-action body slimming session, Venus Freeze for cellulite, an infrared slimming wrap, and a Parafango wrap aimed at cellulite.

Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry. Refunds are not available once an in-store service has been performed, and cancellations need at least 48 hours notice for appointments.
