Gigi Lee, an Advanced Licensed Esthetician, leads this studio. Each session is shaped around the skin or body the esthetician is working on that day. Custom facials address cleansing, hydration, soothing care and exfoliation, and extractions are performed only where the esthetician considers them suitable. For more advanced work, the menu runs from microneedling and nano infusion to facial cupping, with radio frequency, microcurrent, LED light therapy, diamond microdermabrasion and chemical peels also available. Body contouring is adapted to each client's aims, comfort and whether treatment is suitable for them.
Before booking, a deposit may be requested to hold the appointment, and it is applied to the total on the day. Clients fill in a consultation form before any treatment. Radio frequency, microcurrent, advanced treatments and body contouring may not suit everyone, so the studio may adjust or postpone a service for safety. Redness, warmth, sensitivity or dryness can follow some treatments, and results differ from client to client.
Before a facial, clients are asked to steer clear of retinol, tretinoin, acid exfoliants, scrubbing products, strong peels, waxing, and heavy sun exposure. For at least 24 hours after treatment, avoid heavy makeup, exfoliating products, retinol, direct sunlight, saunas, steam and strenuous exercise unless instructed otherwise, and apply SPF during the day. Children are admitted to appointments only when arranged and approved in advance, and approval is not guaranteed. Cancelling or rescheduling with under 24 hours' notice, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or not showing up without contacting the studio may mean losing the deposit. Services cannot be refunded once performed, and payment is taken at the time of service.
The studio builds each visit around the skin's needs on the day, choosing products, tools and finishing steps at the appointment rather than from a fixed script.
