Appointments are booked with enough time built in for care, and the salon puts quality ahead of rushing. Visits include care and education meant to leave clients feeling more informed about their hair. New color clients start with a free 30-minute consultation. Bookings are made through the Glossgenius page, where the payment options are also listed, and in person clients can use Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Signature offerings center on silk presses, from children's presses to the Luxury Silk Press, which includes a deep conditioning treatment with hot steam and a trim. Scalp care includes the Awaken Scalp Facial and the Luxury Scalp Detox. A Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is available for frizz and shine. Silk press services can also be bought as a package for $240, a saving of $100, and existing package credits apply at checkout.
The salon's hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 12 to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours notice, with later cancellations charged 50% of the service. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and no-shows are charged 50% and may be asked to prepay for future bookings. Some services require a deposit for new clients.
