Founded and led by Dr. Dwayne Aboud, the spa operates from a suite on North Mesa Street in El Paso. The team pairs medical training with an interest in aesthetics, and the stated aim is to enhance a person's natural features rather than change them.

Each client begins with a personalized consultation and receives a treatment plan built for them. If a requested treatment isn't a good fit, the team will say so and, where it makes sense, suggest a gentler option.

Services span facials including the Customized Traditional Facial, Glo2 and HydraFacial; injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Skinvive, Hylenex and Kybella; laser treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Forever Clear BBL and HALO; skin care treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, Morpheus8 and skin resurfacing; and a medical weight loss program. Men's services address congestion, rough texture and signs of aging. Retail skin care products are also sold.

The Glow Club membership costs $129 per month and includes one service from a set list each month, such as a Customized Facial with a choice of dermaplaning, extractions or red-light therapy, HydraFacial Signature, a chemical peel (excluding the ZO 3 step peel), a Glo2 on the Go Facial or Laser Hair Removal. Members receive member pricing on extra services and products, priority booking, VIP scheduling and birthday perks. Unused services may roll over for one month. Membership has a two-month minimum; after three months it can be cancelled on 30 days' notice by calling the office.

Appointments are secured with a valid credit card, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; a $50 fee applies to later changes and to no-shows. Guests are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled. Payment is due at the visit by cash, major credit or debit card, or select financing. Gift cards can be used toward treatments or retail purchases but are not redeemable for cash, treatments are non-refundable, and unopened retail products may be returned within 15 days with a receipt. Patients generally must be 18 or older; some services allow minors with parental or guardian consent. The spa is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday.

Treatments are chosen with safety, effectiveness and natural-looking results in mind, and all procedures are performed under medical oversight.
